Incinerators used will be limited to daylight hours of operation. This includes shutdown, cleaning and maintenance.

 

Waste streams shall not be mixed during the incineration process and the ash collection chamber will be cleaned when a

different waste stream is to be incinerated. The Company will provide the contractor with a list of items that can be

incinerated.

 

All ash will be collected and stored in individual storage bins for each particular waste stream. The bins are to be

provided by the contractor to the same design as the storage bins for the raw waste streams and include a lid design

that prevents contamination from water.

 

Ash from each waste stream will be sent for laboratory analysis after each initial incineration by the Company and at

intervals decided by the Company thereafter. Contractor will be required to collect ash samples for analysis as

directed by the Company. The Contractor will be responsible for the security of samples taken to prevent contamination

until collection by the Company or designated courier.

 

Ash will be disposed of at the direction of the Company. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure the ash

is not compromised until final disposal. Company will provide additional storage area for ash if and as required.

 

Delivery Schedule

 

The delivery schedule for the unit with capacity 100 kg/h requested is no greater than 10 weeks and 14 weeks for the

unit with capacity 150 kg/h.  These timelines include unit mobilization. Location ,Erbil ,IRAQ.

WASTE INCINERATORS RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. Multiple chamber type, horizontal stationary cylindrical body;

 

  1. Capacity of 15 kilograms per hour;

 

  1. Diesel-Powered;

 

  1. Burners should  be  monoblock  type  with  built-in  fan,  motor,  electronic  programmer, automatic

ignition, fuel regulator, registration  and security sensor  device for the absence of flame triggering solenoid valve

mounted on the easel supply;

 

  1. The system should have ventilation for sweeping previous gases before activating the fuel supply to the

burner;
